Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Malakai tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package & Post

Securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the package to our warehouse.

Receive Credit

Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
